Accounts are switched off here. Passwords cannot be
checked, because this page is not in a secure context — the
browser only allows the necessary cryptography over
https://, on localhost, or when the file is
opened directly from disk.
Serve the site over HTTPS (or reach it through an SSH tunnel on
localhost) and the sign-in will come back by itself.
